The BRNKL Black Portable - NATO is designed to interface with a vessel primarily through its NMEA 2000 network and optional peripherals such as a POE camera.
NMEA 2000 Connection

Locate the NMEA 2000 connector on the front panel (under the handle).

Use a drop cable to connect to the vessel's NMEA 2000 backbone.

Ensure the drop length complies with NMEA 2000 standards (maximum 6 m / 20 ft).

Secure the connection with the locking collar.
POE Camera Connection (Optional)

Locate the POE Ethernet port on the front panel.

Connect your POE-compatible camera using a standard Ethernet cable.

The internal POE injector will supply power and network connectivity to the camera.

If a camera is included with your unit, it will already be configured for use with the BRNKL Black.
GPS Antenna Connection

Locate the GPS port on the front panel.

Connect the supplied GPS antenna.

Place the antenna with a clear view of the sky for optimal satellite reception.

Avoid locations directly under metal structures or dense rigging.
I/O Connector
There is an I/O port on the front panel for integration with auxiliary sensors or control outputs.
